Recently, the Testing center of SACON. successfully passed the CNAS supervision and evaluation after one year of obtaining the laboratory accreditation certificate of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).

China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) Laboratory 

CNAS is a national accreditation body authorized by CNCA in accordance with law to carry out conformity assessment accreditation, which is highly authoritative, independent, impartial and international. The testing center of SACON has obtained its certificate of accreditation in 2019, ranking among the national recognized laboratories. This supervision and evaluation is stricter than the initial evaluation last year, which is highly valued by the company's leaders and key personnel.

During 29th and 30th Aug, an expert review team was appointed by CNAS laboratory shall to test and calibrate the laboratory accreditation criteria (CNAS-CL01) and other relevant accreditation requirements in accordance with the documents, strictly referring to the range hood GB/T17713-2011, range hood energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency grade GB 29539-2013 and related standards, SACON testing center was conducted for a two-day review item by item.

During the review, the expert team visited the air performance laboratory, noise laboratory, oil separation laboratory, odor reduction laboratory and energy efficiency laboratory, verify the testing ability and quality system operation of Sacon testing center, and give high evaluation and affirmation. At the same time, the expert review group also found problems in the process and fully communicated with suggestions for improvement during the supervision of the review. SACON testing center passed the 12 test items of range hood to gain the recognition and recommendation of all on the site.

SACON Electrical Laboratory was established in 1998 which was planned and designed by China Academy of Home Appliances and North China Design and Research Institute of Chinese Municipal Engineering. It is a comprehensive testing institution of sacon integrating new product R&D, Q&C, product testing and inspection.

The laboratory has the world's advanced kitchen appliances, water heaters, cabinets and wardrobes testing equipment, including noise vibration test room, energy efficiency test room of range hood and electric storage water heater, energy efficiency and comprehensive performance test of gas hob and gas water heater. The laboratory is not only used for the strict testing of own products, but also undertakes the testing of products of other home appliance enterprises in east China.Passing the CNAS supervision and evaluation means that the monitoring data and test report of SACON Electrical Testing Center have national credibility, which is the professional recognition of SACON's testing ability in relevant fields, and also the affirmation of the comprehensive ability and management level of the company's laboratory.

Taking this review as an opportunity and a new starting point, SACON will continue to optimize and upgrade the laboratory with the guidance of the expert group in the future, continuously improve the testing ability and technical level of testing personnel, and continue to provide guarantee for kitchen electric research and development work, to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data, and escort the company to achieve innovative development.
